Order
We offer payment by credit card or via Klarna (payment in 3 installments or deferred payment). At the payment stage on tayriparis.com, you will be redirected to the Klarna.com website to finalize your order.
We invite you first to check that our emails are not in your spam folder. If you think you have entered an incorrect address, please send us an email at info@tayriparis.com and we will update your contact details.
You will find your order number in the order confirmation sent by email after your purchase. It starts with the symbol #. You will also find your order number in the shipping confirmation you receive after your order is sent.

For security reasons, no modification is possible on an order once your payment has been validated. Also, we will not be able to change the delivery method once the order has been placed.
It takes between 24 to 48 hours depending on the period (New Collection; Sales; Black Friday). Preparation time also varies depending on the day and time you place your order.

Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time will depend on the carrier (La Poste, Colissimo or Mondial Relay) and the destination .
When your order is delivered to the carrier, a message is sent directly to your email address indicating the package tracking number. If you can't find it, check your spam folder. Otherwise, contact us by email at the following address: info@tayriparis.com, indicating the number of the order concerned.
We select for you the relay point closest to the address provided when you order.
You have 7 days to collect the packages from a relay point and/or locker. Your package will be given to you against proof of identity.
After this period, your package will then be returned to the sender. It will be impossible for us to make a return. You will then have to wait for its receipt at our premises so that we can proceed with its reimbursement.
Depending on the destinations, customs fees may be requested upon receipt of the package. The amount varies and depends on the country selected. These taxes are applicable by the customs of the recipient country. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be paid to the indicated customs office.
Returns & Customer Service
For any questions (order, cancellation, refund, etc.), please send us an email to info@tayriparis.com. Our customer service will respond to your request within the next 24-48 hours.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to request the return of one or more items.
If the order is returned beyond this legal deadline and/or without tracking information, your refund cannot be made.
Please note that we do not do exchanges, only refunds for returned items.
Upon receipt of the package at our premises, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days depending on the payment method used for your order, excluding delivery costs and return costs.
Please do not group returns: 1 order = 1 return procedure.
Please send us an email to info@tayriparis.com to validate this return, indicating:
- Your order number and reason for your return
- Clear photos with the TAYRI logo, name and number of items returned.
Whatever the reason for return, all returned products must not have been worn, tried on, or have suffered even minimal damage.
Otherwise, we will not be able to issue a refund. It is your responsibility to provide the original packaging (box, pouch, polishing cloth, etc.) and ensure that all items arrive in our warehouses in perfect condition. In the event of a return, shipping costs are your responsibility.
We do not do exchanges.
If an item does not suit you, you must return it for a refund and place a new order.
Please excuse us for this inconvenience.
If you receive defective jewelry, we invite you to send us an email to the following address info@tayriparis.com indicating your order number and sending us a video of the item concerned with the TAYRI engraving.
Please note that you have 48 hours from the delivery date to open a claim for a defective item. If our quality department validates your request, we will reimburse the item using the payment method used during the purchase (bank card or gift card).
For a missing piece of jewelry, we advise you first to check in the small pink pouch; fine jewelry may be hidden there. If this is not the case, we invite you to send us an email to the following address info@tayriparis.com, indicating your order number and the reference of the missing piece of jewelry.
If you receive an item that was not part of your order, we also invite you to send us an email indicating your order number, as well as a photo of the item received in error.
Materials & Maintenance
TAYRI jewelry is made from the finest recycled 925 silver, then gilded with fine 18-carat gold* and varnished with a layer of e-coating to preserve their shine. A selection of rhodium-plated silver jewelry is also available.
Totally hypoallergenic, TAYRI jewelry is certified chrome, nickel or lead free. The use of choice materials such as recycled solid silver allows us to offer you delicate and affordable jewelry that is safe for sensitive skin.

This is the highest quality silver available on the market, made from 92.5% solid silver and 7.5% copper. 925 silver, or solid silver, is a noble and precious metal highly appreciated in the world of jewelry for its robustness and durability.
Here are 2 methods to find your size:
1. Use a ring you already have that fits the corresponding finger perfectly. You can measure the inside diameter at the widest point with a ruler or tape measure, then multiply the value by 3.14. The result will correspond to the size of your ring.
2. Take a piece of string or ribbon and use a ruler. Then put the string around your finger and then mark the end of the overlap with a pencil and measure the marked distance with the ruler. Finally, the result obtained in millimeters corresponds to the size of your ring. Example: a 52 mm ring corresponds to ring size 52.
We recommend removing your TAYRI jewelry before any contact with water. They may lose some shine over time with limescale, perspiration and perfume.
To maintain the appearance of your jewelry, we recommend removing your jewelry before exercising, swimming, putting on lotions, makeup, and perfume. The hydroalcoholic gel placed regularly on the hands can also alter the gilding of your rings and bracelets.
Be careful, it is well known that the acidity (pH) of certain skins, as well as perspiration can tarnish and damage, leave marks on your jewelry and sometimes blacken the skin. We cannot be held responsible.
To clean your jewelry, you can briefly run it under clean water to remove any residue, then dry with a clean cloth and polish using the polishing cloth offered when you order. Set jewelry can be gently cleaned with a small toothbrush and water, without product. Then store them in their case or pouch to keep them dry.
